Closing the whole farm for a week — a holiday, a conference, time off? A farm vacation puts every delivery for that week on hold in one click, instead of holding each share or drop separately. To shift or hold only some deliveries, use Delivery day Bulk Holds / Reschedules instead.
Where: from the left menu, open Rescheduling / Farm Vacations.
Setting a vacation week
Vacation mode is weekly. On the calendar, click a future week to select it, then click Set Vacation and confirm. Every delivery for that week (Sunday through Saturday) goes on hold.
- Members see a light purple box on their delivery calendar for that week.
- Nothing is scheduled — and nothing is billed — for the vacationed week.
- Only future weeks can be vacationed.
To undo it, select the same week and click Clear Vacation.

A vacationed week does not flip Week A boxes to Week B — it simply holds all the boxes for the week. Keep that in mind for every-other-week shares so the A/B rotation lands where you expect after the break.
