✉️ Uploading Images to Your Broadcast Emails

Here’s how to quickly upload and place images into your email blast:

1. Create a New Broadcast Email Draft

Go to: Customers & Partners / Broadcast Email / + New Draft or open the email draft you’re currently working on.

2. Insert an Image from the Toolbar

Select the image icon in your email editor toolbar.

3. Enter Image URL

Copy and paste an existing image URL from an external website, or utilize an online image hosting tool.

• To use an existing image on an external website, right click the image and select "Copy image Address" and paste into the "Image URL" field.
• To upload a new image, use a free tool such as https://imgbb.com/ to upload and generate an image URL.
  • Once you've uploaded your image, click on the uploaded image, right click and select "Copy Image Address" and paste into your Broadcast Email:

5. Resize or Align (Optional)

Our broadcast email editor lets you:

• Resize the image
• Align it left, right, or center

Choose what looks best for your layout.

6. Save and Preview

Click “Save Draft” then use the Send Test email feature to review how your image appears in the blast.
