Pick and choose what’s in your next delivery! You can swap, add, or remove items directly from your member dashboard.

👩‍🌾 How to Customize Your Farm Box

1. Click on the box link in your SMS message or email notification.

2. Or Log in to your account directly and click on the upcoming delivery date you want to customize.

3. You'll see a list of items prebuilt for you based on your item preferences.

4. If you want to further customize: 

   • 🥦 Swap an item by removing it and choosing an alternate item.

   • ➕ Add more items from the options available.

5. When you're done remember to click “Save Changes”.

🕒 Timing Matters!

• You will receive a notification via SMS or email when customization opens for each delivery

• Changes must be saved prior to order deadline. You will receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your deadline each delivery week.

💡 Pro Tips

• Inventory can be limited on certain seasonal items — the sooner you customize, the more options you'll have!

• Fine-tune your item preferences throughout the season to get more of what you love (and less of what you don’t).
