👩🌾 How to Customize Your Farm Box

Click on the box link in your SMS message or email notification.

Or Log in to your account directly and click on the upcoming delivery date you want to customize.

You'll see a list of items prebuilt for you based on your item preferences.

If you want to further customize:

🥦 Swap an item by removing it and choosing an alternate item.

➕ Add more items from the options available.

When you're done remember to click “Save Changes”.
🧺 Box contents vs. add-ons
Swaps and removals change the box itself — the produce your share covers. Add-ons are extras that ride along with the delivery (eggs, bread, honey, flowers) and are listed separately on the box page under Add-Ons / Standalones. They can be one-time or repeating, and they bill at the order deadline like everything else on that delivery.
Where your farm sells add-ons, a Shop All Add-Ons button on the box page opens the store to browse them for any upcoming delivery. Changing, rescheduling or canceling one is covered in Managing Your Add-Ons.
⚡ Popular Add-Ons
Right under your box contents, a Popular Add-Ons row puts the farm's favorite extras one tap away:
- Click Add to Delivery on the item you want.
- In the window that opens, choose the size/option and quantity — keep Single delivery for a one-time extra, or pick a schedule to repeat it.
- Click ADD TO DELIVERY.
You are not charged when you click — the add-on bills with your box at the order deadline, and shows up in your Order History as its own order.

You will receive a notification via SMS or email when customization opens for each delivery

Changes must be saved prior to order deadline. You will receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your deadline each delivery week.
