How To Set Up

Select the "Single Delivery" Delivery Schedule in Settings

Navigate to your Delivery Schedules page from Home/Settings/Delivery Schedules

Choose the "Single Delivery" option.
- You will see an alert confirming this change, then hit "OK"

Set "Single Delivery" in your CSA Share Products

If you offer 1 Credit Auto Billing (pay per delivery), go to your share's product settings and select "Single Delivery" under "Schedule" and save changes. You can choose to create a new product listing for this instead, see steps for Whole Season, Installment, or >1 Credit Auto Billing skus.
- If you offer Whole Season, Installment, or >1 Credit Auto Billing skus; create a new product listing for the CSA Share. Within this new product's settings, select "Single Delivery" under "Schedule" and save changes. Complete the remaining fields as needed (name, description, image, etc.) and Approve for Catalog once you've created the skus (see below).

- If you offer 1 Credit Auto Billing (pay per delivery), do not create new skus if you do not create a new product listing for Single Delivery.
- If you offer Whole Season, Installment, or >1 Credit Auto Billing skus:
- Navigate to the CSA Share's product listing you created for Single Delivery (steps above).
- Next, navigate to the product's skus tab and click "add sku"
- Under "Payment Type" select "Single Payment"
- Complete the remaining fields as needed and then "save sku"
- Click "Public Listing" to review the option in your storefront
- Repeat these steps for all share products in your catalog

Single-box signups will be given the option to continue after their first box has been delivered.

- Configure the automatic email that is sent to the buyer the day after their single delivery, encouraging them to subscribe
- Navigate to Home, Settings, Email Templates.
- Scroll towards the bottom and fine the "Single Delivery Followup" template.
- Use the checkbox to turn this email on and "save changes".
- Use the magnifying glass to view the default language; use the pen and paper icon to edit the template.
- Note: this email will only send once per member, 24 hours after day of delivery.
