Going Live!

Great job on setting up your CSAware account! To turn your store live and start accepting orders we highly suggest going through the following steps to ensure payments are processed and captured successfully:

1. Let your account manager know that you're ready to turn your store online. They will need to flip your account to "live" to begin accepting orders and processing payments.

2. Next, you'll need to log into your Authorize.net account and take your account out of "test mode" to go live and begin accepting payments.

3. While you're logged into Authorize.net, please navigate to your "Fraud Detection Suite" settings under "Tools":

These settings cause unnecessary holdups on orders as our system is fully secure with its own robust security settings. To ensure your payments are processed successfully and in a timely manner, please go through each setting and disable all settings in the suite:

4. Once steps 1-3 are completed, place a test order in your CSAware account. Once the order has been placed, log in as admin and confirm the order. IMPORTANT: all new orders need to be confirmed by admin to capture payment. Any unconfirmed orders left in your queue for over a 5-7 days will time out and go stale. Please make sure to confirm all new orders as the come in to capture payment.

5. Once your test order has been confirmed, wait 24 hrs to confirm that the funds are successfully captured and deposited into your account. Once confirmed, you're ready to announce your store to all your channels and begin accepting orders. Wishing you a successful season ahead!
