Does LocalHarvest inspect its farm directory members?

Our goal is to connect people with locally grown "good food", so we don't do the job of farm inspection and certification. We do require our members to describe their growing practices and list their certifications. We do not include farms that intentionally produce GMO crops.

Each directory profile includes a "Growing Practices" section, where our members report their certifications and growing practices.
