Member e-mail woes

I am having trouble entering an e-mail address.

This means the e -mail addy is already in the system. Search in Customers and Partners/Log-in Accounts/enter the e-mail in the find box. If the e-mail is already in CSAware, create a member account by clicking on the little green person icon. This opens a CSA Member account associated with that e-mail address.
