Resubscribe add-ons

Billing for add-on credits as they relate to resubscribes, renews

When a subscriber is sent a renewal/resubscribe link on an e-mail, they will be asked if they also wish to continue and pay for add-ons as currently configured. If the member changes the default renewal box credit quantity, the number of add-ons billed will be adjusted accordingly.
