Changing Deadlines


Your deadline set up is charted in Shares&Products/Settings/Box Deadlines. Deadlines can be changed at any time, but note they go into effect immediately. Many of the billing processes happen at the top of the hour, so a change in order deadlines can trigger (unintended) billing. Try to change deadlines during a slow time or period of minimal activity.
