CSAware’s broadcast email function allows you to efficiently send emails out to your community from within your admin dashboard. Note: the default status is "Active Subscriptions." Use the drop down menus to select more directed options.

A logo can be added, refer to our article on how to add your logo.
Type your message in the body of the e-mail; Save Draft. After final editing, click the PROCESS box to send the test e-mail for review. If the mail blast is ready to be sent, return to the Broadcast Email and click the PROCESS button again.
