Delivery hold for a single drop site

CSAware tech staff placed box holds for a site--how to convey this to us and what it means

If you need to move a drop site’s delivery day, say around the holidays you want to move Thanksgiving Thursday boxes to the Tuesday before, send to your Account Manager a list of drop names, the drop id #s, and the date you want the boxes moved to. Please send this at least 2 weeks in advance, as we are doing this service for multiple farms.

 

Moving boxes for an entire drop site will retain holds placed prior to the move; however if the boxes are moved back, all holds are released and need to be reinstated by your CSA admin. Therefore you should note all holds for a particular day (Deliveries/Detailed By Customer/On Hold) before sending us the change request.
