I need to change my share start and/or end dates, what else do I need to do besides making the change in Shares&Products/CSA Shares?
Moving a share start date forwards or backwards needs a tech-person adjustment, please tell your Account Manager immediately if you make this kind of a change. Especially if the first order deadline has passed. The same holds true for changing a season end date. CSAware staff need to review such changes to verify: season length matches box credit SKU counts billed, and to be sure the new date rules are in place.
