An order in the queue has the incorrect price, wrong coupon, a frequency that needs to be changed. How do I change the order before confirming it?
You don’t. No editing of orders as that would violate credit card rules. In these situations you have two options: Confirm the order and note in the memo field that you will be billing/refunding in a separate transaction (and then do that); or Cancel the order with an explanation, including encouragement for member to re-order.
