How do I cancel an order?

Log in and go to the order page.

Type in a short memo in the "memo" box. Use this to explain to the customer why the order is being canceled. The cancellation will not be complete unless you add a memo.

Click the "cancel order" button.

The customer will receive an automatic order cancellation email including your memo.
