What happens when a customer requests a refund on a perishable product?

Perishable products such as fresh fruits and meats cannot realistically be returned for a refund. If you sell perishable products, please be prepared to offer a refund without a return to a customer if they are not happy with the quality of the product.

If you suspect that a customer is abusing the refund policy and they re-order your products, you may choose to cancel their order rather than risk another loss.
