Damaged Shipments

The product seller is responsible for damage that may occur during shipment.

You may choose to either offer the customer a refund, or to ship a replacement. If a product has been damaged during shipment, you must refund both the cost of the product and the shipping. If you choose to replace a damaged order, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

In the event of a refund, please notify the LocalHarvest webmaster. LocalHarvest will process the refund directly back the customer's card.
