Rules for using 'Organic' to describe your product

If you are currently certified by an organic certifier (a USDA-NOP accredited certification agency) you may list your product as 'organic'. If your farm is not certified, you must refrain from using the word 'organic' to describe your product.

If your farm is CNG certified, or you carry other certifications, we encourage you to name those in your product listing.

We understand that certification is costly and that many of you follow organic growing practices without being certified. If this is the case, please creatively describe your growing practices without the word organic! Many customers mainly want to know that their food is pesticide-free and sustainably grown.
