Managing admin login accounts

Admin access to your store's back-end is set up in Customers & Partners / Login Accts; create the login and check the Admin box.


You can view who has admin access by going to Customers & Partners / Login Accts / Admin level on left green menu. Be sure to monitor this regularly so you can remove admin access when appropriate (open by clicking on the name) and uncheck the Admin box. Save!

Remember having an admin log in account means access to all your CSAware records.

And also remember, all the admins should have their own login account. This helps you track who is making admin actions, identified in the Memos.
