Home / Memos. This report can be modified for a filter or date range and/or keywords. If you are unsure which key word to use, find an example in a member memo list.
Pay attention to the date range, this report displays about 50 Memos at a time. For the most helpful info, use the date range and filter.
Things of note: the Memo has a timestamp and will show who made the action: the user (member) or admin. There are also a few shortcuts to quickly drill down for more info/bigger picture.
The memos in CSA Member accounts (ALL memos) and in Subscription accounts (specific to one subscription) can reveal what happened, when it happened, who made it happen. Reviewing the memos can provide insight into customer questions regarding billing, canceled boxes, held boxes, changed drop sites, changed delivery frequencies.
