Need to change your delivery or pick-up date? Hereโs how you can reschedule a box quickly and easily through your member dashboard:
๐ Steps to Reschedule

Log in to your account
- Go to your CSA login page and sign in using your email and password.

Go to the delivery day

Click on the day you'd like to hold on your delivery calendar.

Select the "Reschedule" button

Confirm or change your location in the pop-up window.

Click on the New Date field and select the desired date on the calendar.

Click โRescheduleโ and confirm the change

Once rescheduled you will see a confirmation message appear on the page.
- Rescheduled days will appear with green hash marks on the delivery calendar.
- Delivery days with multiple boxes will appear with a bright green on the delivery calendar.

You can reschedule up until the weekly cutoff before your delivery or pickup.

To reschedule the delivery to a different date or back to the original date, click on the rescheduled box on your calendar and click the reschedule button to make changes.
