๐Ÿ”„ How to Reschedule a Box

Need to change your delivery or pick-up date? Hereโ€™s how you can reschedule a box quickly and easily through your member dashboard:

๐Ÿ“… Steps to Reschedule

  1. Log in to your account

    • Go to your CSA login page and sign in using your email and password.
  2. Go to the delivery day

    • Click on the day you'd like to hold on your delivery calendar.

  3. Select the "Reschedule" button

    • Confirm or change your location in the pop-up window.

    • Click on the New Date field and select the desired date on the calendar.

  4. Click โ€˜Rescheduleโ€™ and confirm the change

    • Once rescheduled you will see a confirmation message appear on the page.

    • Rescheduled days will appear with green hash marks on the delivery calendar.
    • Delivery days with multiple boxes will appear with a bright green on the delivery calendar.

๐Ÿ’ก Helpful Tips

  • You can reschedule up until the weekly cutoff before your delivery or pickup.

  • To reschedule the delivery to a different date or back to the original date, click on the rescheduled box on your calendar and click the reschedule button to make changes.
