📦 How to Place Your Box on Hold

Heading out of town? Need to pause deliveries for a while? If your CSA allows your to place box holds, you can place your delivery on hold directly from your account—quick and easy.

🛑 How to Put Your Delivery on Hold

1. Log in to your account
   
   • Go to your CSA login page and sign in using your email and password.
2. Go to the delivery day
   • Click on the day you'd like to hold on your delivery calendar.
3. Click the 'Hold' button
   • Find the Hold button on the selected delivery day.
   • You should see a light red ON HOLD label appear on the delivery day.
   • Held days will appear greyed out on your delivery calendar.

🚚 How to Release your Held Box

1. Click the 'Reinstate' button on the held delivery day
   
   • You should see a light red ON HOLD label disappear once the hold is released.
   • The delivery day will turn green on your delivery calendar.

✅ What to Expect

• Deliveries will automatically resume after your hold ends.
• You can release the hold anytime before that week's box deadline.
