Why can't I find a member?

Where to look:

1. CSA Subscriptions default is ACTIVE subscriptions. Use the left green menu to see canceled or completed subs.

2. CSA Members also has default view of Active members--those with an Active subscription. Use the side menu for Inactives.

3. If the member's name/e-mail is in neither of these places go to Customers & Partners / Login Accts. Sometimes members create a login account and forgets. IF the member has created an account anytime in the past, it will be in the Login Accts.
