Why was my box and/or add-on canceled?

CSA boxes (and add-ons) are canceled because:

1. Your credit card billing failed. You were notified of this via e-mail, check your e-mail account (including spam/junk folder.) Go to your Member Dashboard and in the Settings click open the Update Credit Card on File, and do that.

2. The add-on is out of stock, it will be scheduled for the next delivery.

3. You have run out of paid box credits:

       a) you signed up to pay by check and have not yet made full payment,

       b) you missed the Time to Resubscribe notification. Go to your Member Dashboard and Purchase             Credits.

4. You or admin canceled the subscription before the final deadline. Ask your farmer about this IF you have paid for the box.
