There are a few common reasons your CSA box or add-on might be canceled:
1. Payment Issue
Your credit card payment didnโt go through.
๐ Check your email (including your spam/junk folder) โ you should have received a notification.
๐ Fix it: Log in to your Member Dashboard, go to Settings, and click Update Credit Card on File to update your payment info.
2. Add-On Out of Stock
Sometimes, add-ons sell out.
๐ If that happens, the item will automatically be scheduled for your next delivery.
3. You Ran Out of Box Credits
This can happen if:

๐งพ You signed up to pay by check but havenโt completed payment yet.

๐ You missed the "Time to Resubscribe" reminder.
๐ Fix it: Go to your Member Dashboard and purchase more credits.
4. Subscription Was Canceled
Either you or an admin canceled the subscription before the final deadline.
๐ฌ If youโve already paid and didnโt intend to cancel, reach out to your farmer for help.
